1 Bunch Fresh Green Basil
1/2 Bunch Fresh Continental Parsley
100g Natural Almonds
100g Grana Padano Cheese, grated
250ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic
Pinch of Salt
Blend the basil, parsley and garlic with enough of the extra virgin olive oil until finely chopped.
Empty into a bowl.
Blend the almonds and enough of the extra virgin olive oil until it forms a paste.
Add to the basil and parsley mixture.
Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the mixture.
Add the rest of the extra virgin olive oil, grated grana padano and salt to the bowl and mix well.
